SYS (Stretch Your Story) hosted an exclusive, high-concept yoga session in collaboration with The Berry Collective (@theberrycollective.co) and Shanti House (@shantihouseco). Held at 365 Apartment (@365apartment) — a sophisticated, multi-purpose loft-style venue in the heart of New York City — the event brought together a curated community of metropolitan innovators and dedicated practitioners.

The session was conducted by Louisa Li (@louisaliii), the visionary founder of Shanti House. Having spent decades in management consulting advising Fortune 500 leaders, Li pivoted from the corporate vanguard to pursue her passion for spiritual growth. After obtaining her Yoga Teacher Certification in Bali, she returned to New York and seamlessly leveraged her network to bring an elevated, mindful practice to the city’s community of modern pioneers.
