SYS (Stretch Your Story) hosted an exclusive Pilates session at Apollo House (@apollohousenyc), a premier sanctuary for comprehensive longevity nestled in the heart of New York City. Founded in 2025 by Dr. Michael Ghalchi—a distinguished specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease with over two decades of clinical expertise— Apollo House is renowned for its meticulously considered spaces.
