Muay Thai Kickboxing and Functional Strength experience in New York City with Stretch Your Story.

New York, April 2026 —
Stretch Your Story (SYS) hosted an elevated movement experience at Hit House (@hithouse) — Manhattan's Nolita-based boutique studio built on the discipline of Muay Thai Kickboxing. The session was curated in partnership with Gabby Cadet, founder of Moi (@moi.newyorkcity) — a New York platform she established at the deliberate intersection of fashion and fitness. With a career rooted in luxury fashion, Cadet brings a curatorial lens to movement culture that made this collaboration a natural fit for SYS.
The modality itself set the tone. Muay Thai Kickboxing — the "art of 8 limbs" — paired with Functional Strength Training, is one of the most total-body demanding formats in contemporary fitness. It demands explosive rotation, full-range extension, and sustained power output across every plane of movement. SYS showed up to meet it.
POWER, PRECISION, AND THE CULTURE BETWEEN THEM
The Hit House instructors guided the session through rounds of striking combinations and functional strength circuits — the signature format that has carved Hit House a distinct presence in New York's fitness landscape since 2018. The studio's custom Bishop bag, purpose-built for technique-driven training, anchored a class that demanded as much skill as it did output.
The room was a curated mix of industry leaders across fashion, media, and brand — spanning creative direction, editorial, communications, and global marketing. This session deepens SYS's New York story, each chapter shaped by precision, and the communities that already live at that intersection.
BUILT FOR THE FIGHT: THE BUTTERFLOW™ PERFORMANCE CONNECTION
Muay Thai Kickboxing doesn't negotiate with gear. A rear kick demands full hip extension. A knee drive requires core engagement without restrictive compression. Functional strength circuits layer those demands further. Fabric that resists the body's range becomes a liability, not a layer.
To meet the modality directly, all attendees were gifted a full ButterFlow™ set — a direct, real-world immersion into SYS's proprietary fabric technology under the precise conditions it was engineered for.
Developed and precision-engineered in Korea, ButterFlow™ is built to perform at the body's most dynamic output. Its responsive stretch and structural integrity allowed guests to move through striking combinations and power-bag circuits without interruption — holding form, compression, and silhouette across every sequence.
The ButterFlow™ Pocket Biker Short 6" delivered the uninhibited hip mobility that kicking mechanics require, while the ButterFlow™ All Day Bra sustained 360º support across the full spectrum of movement — from explosive strikes to loaded strength holds. The integration was seamless: the gear moved with intention, so the practitioner could too.
MOVEMENT AS A CULTURAL STATEMENT IN NEW YORK
This Nolita session marks another chapter in SYS's growing New York story. As the brand grows, each activation will continue to be shaped by the people and practices that define this city's movement culture — not just its fitness studios, but its creative communities.
By partnering with voices like Gabby Cadet and Moi, SYS stays rooted in genuine cultural exchange. We are not observing New York's movement narrative from the outside — we are building it, one precise, high-craft session at a time.
